Ingredients
- •1 cup grated carrot
- •3 pieces eggs
- •1 cup cheese (your favorite kind)
- •50 g feta cheese
- •50 g ham
- •1 pieces mashed avocado
Instructions

Mix the base — In a bowl, mix grated carrot, eggs and cheese until well combined.

Cook the base — Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and spread evenly. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until set and lightly golden.

Add the filling — While still warm, spread feta cheese, ham and mashed avocado (or your favorite filling) over the surface.

Roll it — Carefully roll it up using the baking paper to help. Press gently to hold its shape.

Slice and serve — Slice and serve warm or at room temperature. Perfect to take in a lunchbox too!
