  • 2 piece Dried red chilies (such as arbol or guajillo, stemmed and seeded)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
