Ingredients

- •4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- •2-3 piece Dried red chilies (such as arbol or guajillo, stemmed and seeded)
- •3 tbsp Olive oil
- •2 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- •1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

Rehydrate the dried chilies by soaking in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and finely chop.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and chopped chilies to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add prawns to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until pink and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Stir in lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
