
Hearty Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins

- •1 tsp Baking Soda

- •1 piece Egg (large)

- •1 cup Vegetable Oil
- •1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- •1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
- •1 cup Jelly (any flavor)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
