  • 6 tbsp Spice Walla Chai Masala Blend
  • 12 bags Black Tea Bags
  • 6 slices Ginger (fresh, about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 12 pods Cardamom Pods (lightly crushed)
  • 12 tbsp Brown Sugar (or more, to taste)
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

    In a large pot, combine the water, chai masala blend, ginger slices, and cardamom pods.

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

    Remove the tea bags, ginger slices, and cardamom pods. Stir in the brown sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
