Poha is a quick and easy Indian breakfast recipe. It is perfect for busy mornings and can be prepared in a short time with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- •2 cup Thick Poha (flattened rice) (rinsed and drained)
- •1 medium Tamato (peeled and diced into small cubes)
- •1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
- •1 cup Peanuts
- •2 piece Green chilies (slit lengthwise (adjust to taste))
- •8 piece Curry leaves
- •1 tsp Mustard seeds
- •1 tsp Turmeric powder
- •1 tsp Sugar
- •to taste Salt
- •2 tbsp Lemon juice
- •2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)
- •2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- •1 cup Water (for steaming)
- •1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Wash the poha and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan.
