  • 2 cup Thick Poha (flattened rice) (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 medium Tamato (peeled and diced into small cubes)
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 2 piece Green chilies (slit lengthwise (adjust to taste))
  • 8 piece Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves (chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water (for steaming)
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

Instructions

    Wash the poha and keep it aside.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add mustard seeds and peanuts.

    Add onion and tomato.

  5. 5

    Add spices and poha.

  6. 6

    Cook for 2–3 minutes.

    Mix coriander leaves

  8. 8

    Serve hot
