
High-Protein Mini Pizzas

Ingredients
- •1 cup cream cheese
- •2 pieces eggs
- •1 tsp italian seasoning
- •1 cup almond flour
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •1 cup shredded mozzarella
- •1 cup tomate sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven — Preheat to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Make the dough — Mix cream cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, almond flour, baking powder and ½ cup mozzarella until well combined.

Shape — Divide into 5 portions and flatten each into a small round base on the tray.

Add toppings — Spread tomato sauce seasoned with salt, oregano and pepper on each base. Top with remaining mozzarella.

Bake — Bake for 25–28 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.

Cool and serve — Let cool for a few minutes before eating. Enjoy!
