Toad in the Hole

- •2 piece Eggs
- •1 cup Milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Time: 5 min - 2.
Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes to brown them slightly.
Time: 15 min - 3.
While the sausages are baking, prepare the Yorkshire pudding batter. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Time: 5 min - 4.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the batter over the sausages. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the batter.
Time: 2 min - 5.
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the batter is golden brown and puffed up.
Time: 20 min - 6.
