  • 1 piece Egg
  • 0.5 piece Onion (finely chopped)

  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cup Beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 5 minutes.
