Ingredients

  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Pinch of salt and nutmeg

Instructions

    Blend — Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

    Cook — Pour small rounds onto a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip.
