  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz, undrained)
  • 3 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste

  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 8-10 minutes, or until softened and translucent. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
