  • 2 heads bok choy, quartered lengthwise
  • 4 large eggs, soft-boiled and halved
  • 0.5 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 nori seaweed sheets, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
