Ingredients
- •2 cups steamed or boiled potatoes
- •2 cups steamed or boiled peas
- •1/4 cup oat flour
- •1 cup grated cheese
- •1 tbsp salt
- •1 tbsp pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Mash the potatoes and peas together in a bowl until mostly smooth. Add the oat flour, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until a dough forms.

Shape the mixture into small tots using your hands. Place them on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy on the outside. Serve warm.
