- •1 block Tofu (firm or extra-firm, cubed)

- •2 tbsp Soy sauce
- •1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste) (or more to taste)
- •1 tbsp Sesame oil
- •2 piece Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- •1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.

Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in kimchi, soy sauce, and gochujang. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add cubed tofu to the skillet and gently stir to combine. Cook until tofu is heated through, about 5 minutes.
