Ingredients

- •3 pieces eggs
- •4 tbsp olive oil
- •2 tbsp lemon juice
- •1 tsp salt

Instructions

Blend everything — Add avocado, eggs, olive oil and lemon juice to a blender or food processor. Season with salt and pepper.
