Ingredients

  • 16 oz halloumi cheese, blocks, drained and patted dry
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cored, seeded, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon water or vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
  • 8 wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
