Gluten-Free Chicken Burger Salad

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Ground Chicken (or shredded cooked chicken)
  • 3 piece Gluten-Free Burger Buns (optional, can be served without buns)
  • 6 cups Lettuce (mixed greens or your favorite lettuce)
  • 1 piece Tomato (sliced)
  • 0.25 piece Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Pickles (sliced)
  • 0.75 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup (or to taste)
  • 3 tsp Mustard (or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    In a bowl, gently mix the ground chicken with salt and pepper.
