Instructions

Rinse the short-grain glutinous rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch, preventing the pudding from becoming too sticky. Drain the rice well.

Add the rinsed rice, full-fat coconut milk, water, granulated sugar, ground green cardamom, and a pinch of salt to the inner pot of your Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy rice cooker. The ground cardamom will infuse a beautiful subtle fragrance evenly throughout the pudding.
