Flour-Free Garlic Chesse Breadsticks

Ingredients
- •200 g shredded mozzarella
- •56 g cream cheese
- •150 g almond flour
- •1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- •1/4 tbsp onion powder
- •1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- •3/4 tbsp salt
- •2 pieces eggs
- •4 garlic cloves, minced
- •150 g shredded mozzarella
- •1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (to taste)
Instructions
- 1.
Preheat the oven — Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix dry ingredients — Combine almond flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder and salt.
- 3.
Melt the cheese — Melt mozzarella with cream cheese in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
- 4.
Form the dough — Add eggs one at a time to the melted cheese. Incorporate the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
- 5.
Shape and bake — Spread on the tray to about 0.5 cm thick. Prick with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 6.
Add topping and finish — Add minced garlic and mozzarella on top. Bake for another 7 minutes. Optionally broil for 1 minute.
- 7.
Finish and serve — Add fresh parsley, cut into sticks and enjoy!
