Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 12 sheets spring roll wrappers (wheat-based, approximately 8.5-inch square)

Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer to a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Remove the spring rolls with a slotted spoon and place them on a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Repeat with the remaining spring rolls.
