Ingredients
- •1 cup cooked chickpeas (or 1 drained can)
- •1 tbsp olive oil or ghee
- •1 tbsp salt
- •1 tbsp Spices of choice (paprika, turmeric, oregano, garlic powder, chili flakes, etc.)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel and place them on a baking tray.
- 3.
Toss with oil, salt, and spices.

Roast for 25–35 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Let cool before serving.
