Chickpea Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blended soaked chickpeas (or 1 cup chickpea flou)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 ml water (as needed to form a dough)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients, adding water gradually until a dough forms.

    Roll the dough thin between sheets of parchment paper.

    Cut into cracker shapes and transfer to a baking tray.

    Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crispy

    Let cool completely before serving.
