- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
