Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

- Cook Vegetables: Add the tomato puree and mixed vegetables to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

- Assemble the Lasagna: In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of chopped naan at the bottom. Add a layer of the vegetable-paneer mixture, followed by a layer of cooked rice. Sprinkle some chopped cilantro and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat Layers: Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of naan topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
