About This Cookbook
I work from home and love throwing in a slow cooker dinner during my lunch break. It gives me a little break from work, and almost always delivers something that delights my family. I love my All-Clad Gourmet Plus 7qt Slow Cooker, because it allows me to sauté all the aromatics without dirtying another pot. My favorite things to cook are hacked up versions of American classics full of global flavors.
