Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Add sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla. Mix until just combined. Pour over cooled crust.
