Cheese-Stuffed Breadsticks with Garlic Butter are the ultimate comfort food—soft, golden breadsticks filled with gooey mozzarella and brushed with a rich garlic butter. Perfect for sharing, dipping, or serving alongside your favorite Italian meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks (about 8 sticks)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • All-purpose flour, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×8 inches.
  3. Cut the dough into 8 equal strips.
  4. Place a mozzarella cheese stick at the end of each strip and roll the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams and ends to seal completely.
  5. Arrange the breadsticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the breadsticks generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the breadsticks.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  11. Serve warm, with marinara sauce for dipping if you like.
