Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple, coconut milk, protein powder, banana, rolled oats, and lime juice to a blender.
  2. If you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie, add the ice cubes.
