Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
